Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on co999. Registration of duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
Each Player is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes associated with the Account. co999 will never ask a Player for their full password via any channel.
Players must immediately notify co999 support at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to or use of their Account. co999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
co999 processes all Account transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. co999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the co999 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended and any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation:
co999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where co999 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where Account closure is required by regulatory obligation.
Upon permanent closure of an Account for breach of Terms, any Bonus funds and winnings derived from play in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Real-money deposits net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required investigation.
Players may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting co999 support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable checks.
All content on the co999 Platform — including but not limited to the co999 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of co999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without co999's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, co999's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
