At co999, we believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of stress, financial hardship, or personal harm. This page explains the tools, policies, and resources co999 provides to help every Pakistani player stay in full control of their gaming activity.
Every co999 player has access to a full suite of responsible gaming controls — free of charge, available at any time.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much PKR you deposit into your co999 account. Once the limit is hit, no further deposits are allowed until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing it carries a 72-hour cooling-off period.
Decide in advance how many minutes or hours you want to play in a single session. When your time is up, co999 will display a clear notification and log you out automatically — so you never lose track of how long you have been playing.
Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been in your current session and how much you have wagered. These pop-ups appear at intervals you choose — every 30 minutes, every hour, or every 2 hours — keeping you grounded and informed.
If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, co999 offers self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion your account is frozen, all marketing is suppressed, and re-registration attempts are blocked.
Need a short break without full self-exclusion? A cool-off period temporarily suspends your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. You choose the duration, and it activates instantly. You cannot reverse a cool-off once it has begun.
Set a ceiling on how much you are willing to lose in a day, week, or month across all co999 games — slots, cricket betting, live casino, and more. When you reach your loss limit, your session ends automatically and betting is paused until the next period.
Self-exclusion is one of the most powerful tools in responsible gaming. At co999, activating it takes under two minutes and works instantly. You do not need to call anyone or fill out a lengthy form — it is all managed through your account settings.
Access your co999 account at co999.bio using your registered username and password. Ensure you are logged in to the correct account you wish to exclude.
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu to access your player dashboard.
Within Account Settings, locate the "Responsible Gaming" tab. This section contains all limit controls, cool-off options, and self-exclusion tools in one place.
Choose your preferred self-exclusion duration — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Confirm your selection and the exclusion activates immediately.
Responsible gaming starts with honest self-reflection. If any of the following situations sound familiar, it may be time to use co999's built-in tools or speak to a professional. There is absolutely no shame in recognising a problem early — that is the most sensible thing a player can do.
Answer these questions honestly. If you answer "Yes" to three or more, co999 strongly encourages you to activate a self-exclusion period or reach out to our support team for guidance.
co999 gives every Pakistani player the ability to set hard PKR limits on how much they spend within the platform. These controls are designed to make sure your gaming activity always fits comfortably within your personal financial situation — no overspending, no surprises at the end of the month.
Deposit limits are applied at the account level and cover all payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Once a limit is set, the co999 payment system will automatically decline any transaction that would cause you to exceed it — so the protection works automatically in the background.
You can also set separate wager limits that cap the total amount you bet in a given period, independent of your deposit balance. This is especially useful for players who pre-load their accounts and want to control their actual play spend rather than just their deposits.

co999 is licensed and regulated by an international gaming authority, and as a condition of that licence, we are required to uphold strict responsible gaming standards. These standards are not just a regulatory checkbox for us — they reflect what we genuinely believe is the right way to operate a gaming platform serving Pakistani players. Every decision we make around product design, marketing, and customer support is informed by our responsible gaming obligations.
Our responsible gaming programme is built on four core pillars: prevention, player empowerment, early intervention, and support. Prevention means ensuring that minors cannot access co999, that our marketing does not target vulnerable individuals, and that our games are designed to be fair and transparent. Player empowerment means giving you — the player — the tools described on this page so you can always stay in control of your own experience.
co999 takes its marketing responsibilities very seriously. We do not target advertising at individuals who have self-excluded, set deposit limits, or shown patterns consistent with problem gambling. Our bonus and promotion structures are designed to be fair, transparent, and free of misleading terms. Wagering requirements and bonus conditions are always clearly stated before a player opts in to any promotion.
We do not use advertising channels or messaging that could appeal to minors. All co999 marketing materials carry the 21+ age requirement prominently. We work within the guidelines set by our international gaming licence authority and apply responsible marketing principles across all Pakistani-market communications.
Every member of the co999 customer support team is trained in responsible gaming recognition and intervention. Our support agents are equipped to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour during interactions, to communicate empathetically, and to guide players toward the appropriate self-help tools or exclusion options.
Internally, co999 operates a set of automated monitoring flags that identify accounts showing behaviour patterns associated with problem gambling — such as rapid session increases, repeated deposit limit removal requests, or large loss streaks followed by immediate re-deposits. Where such flags are triggered, a responsible gaming review is initiated and the affected player may receive a proactive outreach from our support team.
Whether you are playing co999 from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, or anywhere else in Pakistan, the same responsible gaming protections apply to your account. All deposit processing through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank is subject to the same spending limit framework, and all account-level tools are accessible from mobile devices as well as desktop browsers.
co999 strongly recommends that all players set a budget before beginning each gaming session and treat any gaming spend as an entertainment cost — similar to going to a cinema or a cricket match at the National Stadium in Karachi. If your gaming stops being fun, it is time to take a break. Use the tools on this page. They are there for exactly that purpose.
If you feel that co999's internal tools are not enough, or if you would like to speak with someone independent about your gaming habits, co999 encourages you to seek external support. Speaking to a trusted family member, a counsellor, or a healthcare professional is a completely valid and sensible step. Responsible gaming is about taking care of yourself — and there is no stronger move than asking for help when you need it.
Players can also reach co999's dedicated responsible gaming support team at [email protected] at any time. Our team will treat your situation with complete confidentiality and without judgement.
